About the Author


This course was developed by Jheri Walters. She has experienced stress-related anxiety for years. However, she has learned how to cope and remain active in implementing new mechanisms to manage it.  She has taken some of her personal experiences for this course, combined with her expertise as a master's degree clinical social worker and 13 years of experience working with teens and adults.
